Private demos last approximately 30 minutes.
How much does a private demo cost?
Private demos are $150, which is fully credited towards the purchase of a new kayak, surfski or paddleboard within 30 days.
Where do demos take place?
All demos take place in Deep Cove. We'll transport the equipment to the water and have a member of our team there to answer any questions.
Do I need paddling experience?
Yes. Private demos are designed for paddlers who already know the basics and are comfortable remounting their craft if required.
What equipment is provided?
We'll provide the boat or board, paddle and a properly fitted PFD. Just bring appropriate clothing for the conditions.
What if I don't show up?
Demo fees are paid in advance and are non-refundable in the event of a no-show.
What if I don't buy?
No problem. In fact, that's exactly why we offer private demos!
If you decide a particular boat or board isn't right for you, you've avoided making an expensive mistake.
Worst case? You spend a morning paddling in one of the most beautiful places in BC and walk away knowing you've avoided buying the wrong boat or board.
